I’m a canoe slalom athlete and part of the Great Britain U23 Team for the K1 category.

Canoe Slalom is an extreme sport & requires concentration, precision, strength & flexibility to negotiate a sequence of gates on fast white water, it is an exciting sport to watch and should be known by the wider public!
